Yuut Yaqungviat, LLC, (YYL) a not-for-profit limited liability corporation serving the Yukon-Kuskokwim(Y-K) Delta Region of Western Alaska, is soliciting proposals for aviation flight training services which will be provided at its facilities located in Bethel, Alaska, to students from the region.
To the greatest extent allowed by law, preference will be given to qualified Alaska Native/American Indian owned business concerns in accordance with section 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Educational Assistance Act of 1975, 25 U.S.C. Sec. 450 e.(b).
