50 % Only! Perfer aircraft to stay in Napa, Ca. KAPC. Current hanger rent is $225.00 month. Insurance runs $2,000 annually. I fly only about 30 hours per year. Minimum pilot requirement is 250 hours with at least 50 hours min, High Performance & retract time preferred.
