Aircraft is in excellent mechanical condition,annual 01/06/04 . Interior is presentable . Exterior needs a paint job. Aircraft has 2 navcoms, a Collins microline, a Mitchel MX 12 , one with glide slope, A king kx76a trans W/ encoder a LOran C receiver and a 2 place intercom. There is also a Mitchell President autopilot, but it needs work, and a pa700 vertical card compass. |

Contintal IO470 s 260 Hp, 320 hgrs since total rebuild, in excellent condition. always use Aeroshell synthetic oil. Prop also has 320 hours since rebuild. |

The AI says a primer and paint job would solve the problems. The wings ,tail , and airframe have been annually treated with CORROSION X |
