All new paint & windows in 2007! Cessna 2004-style paint scheme with Matterhorn White base, Seminole Red upper fuselage with Comet Gold striping. Painted by Crider Aircraft Painting, Mena, AR. Paint job included full strip, control surface rebalance, and new hardware.
Paint Rating: 10/10 ("New") "The paint is flawless in all respects. Painted surfaces have a deep, rich, wet look. There is no pooling, sagging, running, orange peeling, thin areas or over-spray on any painted surfaces. Stripes and numerals are well defined with crisp lines and no irregularities. With a complete renovation less than a year ago, N445DC is in pristine "near new" condition. The airplane needs nothing and is ready for years of trouble-free operation. We helped the current owner purchase N445DC in May, 2007 after its renovation. As part of the purchase then, we had ProAv of New Philadelphia, OH complete an extensive pre-purchase inspection using the Cessna Pilots Assn. checklist contained in their highly-recommended book, The Cessna 182 Buyer's Guide; any defects identified were repaired. Now, only 70 hours later, it's getting a complete annual inspection by Palwaukee Service Center, a well-respected shop in Chicago.
