Message from Seller: This is an aircraft project. The plane is in flying condition, I flew it off my lake and landed it on Wasilla airport. The gear, flaps, hydraulics, and all systems worked properly and it flew nicely. I have invested too much time and money and still am $20,000 away from completion (estimated by local repair center.) I have purchased a Taylorcraft floatplane and just want to sell the Lake. I don't want to join a club or talk amphibians, thanks.
