Aircraft was recently used to build multi-engine time for my son. Aircraft has been on a Part 135 Certificate in the past. After the plane was purchased in 2002, we installed all new radio's other than the autopilot. The HSI was replaced along with the turn coordinator at that time. Seats were recovered with all leather in a beautiful buckskin color. Aircraft has the standard forward facing seats. Right fuel bladder was replaced January 30, 2002 and the left April 13, 1999. Both main landing gear trunnions were replaced February of 2004 with new trunnions that comply with all AD's. The aircraft has an easy to read and follow AD log that was created at the annual in February. We have many nice extras for this aircraft including Skybound II Jeppesen updater which allows use your laptop or home PC to update the data card for the Garmin GPS. Full service manuals, parts manual, second copy of Aircraft Operations Manual, and Weight and Balance Slide Computer (compute CG and weight in seconds) all included with the aircraft. The aircraft can be delivered for expenses or flown for your inspection. This has been a wonderful aircraft for us and hate to sell it but is more airplane than I need and my son no longer needs to build the multi time. The plane will be sold with a current annual and IFR certification.
